The triumphal arch of Jerash in Jordan is dated to 130 AD. The structure has three gates and was located outside the ancient city at the time. It was built in honor of Emperor Hadrian and is therefore also called Hadrian's Arch. Since its restoration in 2008, the massive Roman archway has been restored to its former glory.
