Galapagos Islands National Park
The Galapagos Islands are located in the Pacific Ocean around 1.000 km off the coast of Ecuador. The Galapagos National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is known for its endemic animals. These animal species, such as the Galapagos giant tortoise, only live on the Galapagos Islands. The wild animals are very little afraid of humans and can therefore be observed particularly well. Another highlight is the Wildlife underwater. We have published the facts and photos of the Galapagos Islands.
